Position: Interdenominational Church Pastor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly worship services and deliver inspiring sermons that resonate with our diverse congregation
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to individuals and families in need
• Plan and organize special events, retreats, and workshops to promote spiritual growth and community engagement
• Collaborate with staff members and volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive church environment
• Participate in outreach programs and community initiatives to support those in need
• Stay informed about current trends and issues in the field of interdenominational churches and incorporate relevant practices into our programming
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and sustainability of the church

Qualifications:

• Ordained minister with a background in interdenominational theology and pastoral care
• Proven experience in leading worship services, conducting ceremonies, and providing spiritual counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Organizational and leadership abilities to manage church operations and engage with congregation members effectively
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and social justice within the church community
• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs of individuals on a path to recovery and spiritual renewal
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate church events and activities
