Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Product Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete product design and development, with a focus on quality and durability. You will be responsible for leading the development of new concrete products, from initial concept to final production.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and develop product concepts
• Design and prototype new concrete products using CAD software and other tools
• Conduct performance tests to ensure product quality and durability
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up production of new products
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in concrete product design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in concrete product design and development
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
