Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Western Apparel & Supplies department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team success
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to meet customer demand
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source new products and negotiate pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, with a focus on apparel or related products
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of western apparel and supplies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
