Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing centrifuge equipment at customer sites. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Duties include:
– Installing and commissioning centrifuge equipment
– Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues
– Providing training to client personnel on equipment operation
– Collaborating with engineering and sales teams to improve product performance
Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support our growing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
– Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
– Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales team members
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
– Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
