Position Available: Restoration Technician

As a Restoration Technician at Predator Restoration, you will be responsible for assisting in the restoration of properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services
• Assist in fire and smoke damage restoration efforts
• Conduct mold remediation services
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient restoration projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in construction or restoration preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Position Available: General Contractor

We are also looking to hire experienced General Contractors to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or restoration
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid contractor’s license
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
