Position: Professional Engineer

As a Professional Engineer at Adhesive Services Co, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of our product line. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, testing, and implementation of new adhesive formulations, as well as identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, with a focus on polymer science and materials development.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct research and development activities to create new adhesive products.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.
– Perform comprehensive testing and analysis to validate product performance.
– Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product reliability.
– Stay current on industry trends and advancements in adhesive technology.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
– Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years experience in adhesive formulation and product development.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Position: Automation & Control System Engineer

As an Automation & Control System Engineer at Adhesive Services Co, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to control our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our engineering team to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.

Responsibilities:

– Design and develop control systems for adhesive manufacturing equipment.
– Program PLCs and HMIs to automate production processes.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.
– Collaborate with external vendors to implement new technologies.
– Train and support production staff on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial automation and control systems.
– Proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI software.
– Familiarity with PID control, motion control, and SCADA systems.
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
