We are currently looking for skilled individuals to join our team in the following roles:

1. Software Developer

• Design and implement software solutions for recording and analyzing television content
• Collaborate with team members to develop new features and improve existing products
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies

2. Quality Assurance Engineer

Are you detail-oriented and have a knack for finding bugs? We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Create and execute test plans to identify software defects
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that bugs are fixed and new features work as expected

3. Technical Support Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a technical support specialist to help our customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with our software products.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to customers
• Document and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

To be considered for a role at Snapstream Media Inc, you should have:
