Position: Music Director

• Location: Ciudad Celestial, United States
• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
• Hours: Part-time, with the possibility of full-time

Job Description

As the Music Director at Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal Mi La Ciudad Celestial, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our music ministry. You will work closely with our pastor and worship team to plan and lead engaging and meaningful worship services. Your role will involve selecting music, coordinating rehearsals, and training musicians and vocalists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead worship services and special events
• Select and arrange music for services
• Coordinate rehearsals and music team schedules
• Train and mentor musicians and vocalists
• Collaborate with the pastor and worship team to plan services
• Ensure that all music ministry activities align with the church’s mission and values

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Music Director position will have:

• A strong personal faith and commitment to serving in ministry
• Prior experience leading worship in a church setting
• Proficiency in playing an instrument and/or singing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team
• A passion for creating meaningful worship experiences
