Position: Mechanical Contractor
Job Description:
As a Mechanical Contractor at ColonialWebb Contractors Company, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings. You will work closely with our team of skilled technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include:
– Installing and maintaining HVAC systems
– Installing and repairing plumbing systems
– Troubleshooting electrical systems
– Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
– Coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure project success
– Following all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Contractor position will possess the following qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical contracting
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
