Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney

The Hudgens Law Firm P.C. is a well-established law firm located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to corporation and partnership law.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and bylaws.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporation and partnership law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position: Real Estate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions.
• Review and draft real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title searches on real estate properties.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate deals on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on zoning and land use issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
