We are currently hiring for the following position:

Psychoanalyst

Job Description:

As a psychoanalyst at the Center For Academic & Psychological Svcs, you will work with a diverse caseload of clients, providing in-depth psychotherapy services to help them address their mental health needs. You will conduct psychoanalytic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

You will work collaboratively with our team of clinicians to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care that is tailored to their individual needs. You will also have the opportunity to participate in case conferences, workshops, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in the state of Massachusetts
• Training in psychoanalysis or psychoanalytic psychotherapy
• Experience providing psychoanalytic treatment to clients of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
