Position: Family Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team at Hardin Jack. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience practicing family law and a proven track record of success in handling complex family law cases.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Divorce Attorney

Are you a passionate attorney with experience in handling divorce cases? We are looking for a Divorce Attorney to join our team at Hardin Jack. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of divorce law and a track record of successfully representing clients in divorce proceedings.
