We are Currently Hiring for the following Position:

General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in various areas of general practice law
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage and prioritize caseload effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
