We are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the following categories:

1. Accident & Property Damage Attorneys

As an Accident & Property Damage Attorney at The McGill Law Firm, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been involved in accidents resulting in property damage or personal injury. Your primary duties will include:

– Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to accident and property damage claims.
– Investigating and gathering evidence to build a strong case for clients.
– Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or representing clients in court.
– Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
– 3+ years of experience in handling accident and property damage cases.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

2. Criminal Law Attorneys

As a Criminal Law Attorney at The McGill Law Firm, you will be responsible for defending clients facing criminal charges. Your primary duties will include:

– Representing clients in criminal court proceedings, including arraignments, trials, and sentencing hearings.
– Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents for criminal cases.
– Negotiating plea deals with prosecutors on behalf of clients.
– Providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
– 3+ years of experience in criminal law.
– Trial experience and strong courtroom presence.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
