We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking talented individuals to join us in the following positions:

1. Legal Assistant

As a legal assistant at Terry W. Yates And Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in various legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting legal research
• Assisting with case management
• Communicating with clients and other parties
• Providing administrative support

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required.

2. Associate Attorney

We are also looking for an associate attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in various practice areas. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients
• Drafting legal documents and pleadings
• Attending court hearings and other proceedings
• Conducting legal research
• Collaborating with colleagues on case strategy

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in the state of [insert state], and have at least [insert number] years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
