Job Title: General Contractor

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced General Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successful project delivery. As a General Contractor at Claypoole Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
