As a Home Builder with Beazer Homes Gatherings® at Westview, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision for exceptional living spaces to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret blueprints and plans
• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, concrete, and other materials
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations
• Perform quality inspections to guarantee the highest standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home building or construction
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
