Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent with our partner companies. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer negotiation
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
