We are Hiring Home Builders!

We are currently looking for experienced Home Builders to join our team. As a Home Builder at McVaugh Custom Homes Inc, you will play a crucial role in the construction of our custom homes. If you have a passion for building high-quality homes and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Perform various tasks related to the construction of custom homes, including framing, roofing, and finishing work
• Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and oversee their work on the job site
• Ensure that all work meets quality standards and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
