At 11 Below Brewing Company, we are currently looking to fill the following position within our Taverns, Brew Pubs, and Restaurants category:

Server/Bartender

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server/Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender at 11 Below Brewing Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving drinks, and helping to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our taproom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Monitor and refill beverages
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about our beer selection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom and bar area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Uphold our company’s standards for customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of craft beer and brewing process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• TABC certification required
