Position: Showroom Sales Consultant
As a Showroom Sales Consultant at Ferguson, you will be responsible for working with both residential and commercial customers in our showroom. You will provide product knowledge, design expertise, and exceptional customer service to help customers select the best products for their projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget
- Create quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in bathroom fixtures, cabinets & accessories, and plumbing supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in showroom events and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in retail or showroom setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong product knowledge of bathroom fixtures, cabinets & accessories, and plumbing supplies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
