Job Description:

As an Employment Testing Specialist at Absolute Testing Services, you will be responsible for administering a variety of pre-employment tests to help our clients evaluate candidates’ skills, abilities, and fit for specific roles. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and objectives
• Selecting and administering appropriate tests based on clients’ requirements
• Scoring and interpreting test results accurately
• Providing recommendations and insights based on test outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with testing protocols and standards

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in administering and interpreting a variety of employment tests
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
