Position: Dental Hygienist

Job Description:

As a Dental Hygienist at Barrera, Rita, you will play a crucial role in our dental team by providing comprehensive dental hygiene services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Performing oral cancer screenings and dental assessments
• Taking dental x-rays and assisting with diagnostic procedures
• Providing patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Collaborating with dentists and other team members to develop individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about oral health and patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

• Graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
