Position: Interdenominational Church Coordinator

True Life Fellowship is a vibrant and welcoming interdenominational church located in the heart of our community. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Interdenominational Church Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our congregation and help foster a sense of belonging and community within our church family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all interdenominational church activities and events
• Engage with members of various denominations to promote unity and understanding
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with church leadership to create inclusive worship experiences
• Provide pastoral care and support to individuals seeking guidance
• Organize interfaith dialogues and events to promote harmony within the community
• Maintain relationships with other interdenominational churches and organizations

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to promoting unity and understanding among different denominations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Pastoral experience or training is preferred
• Knowledge of different denominational practices and beliefs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
