Job Title: Mold Remediation Technician

As a Mold Remediation Technician at Arc Abatement, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently removing mold from residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include:

• Inspecting properties for mold growth
• Developing remediation plans
• Removing mold safely and effectively
• Ensuring proper disposal of contaminated materials
• Conducting post-remediation inspections

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mold remediation preferred
• Certification in mold remediation (IICRC) a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Title: Asbestos Detection & Removal Technician

As an Asbestos Detection & Removal Technician at Arc Abatement, you will play a crucial role in identifying and safely removing asbestos from various structures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting asbestos surveys and inspections
• Developing abatement plans
• Removing asbestos-containing materials
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Performing post-abatement inspections

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asbestos detection and removal preferred
• Current asbestos certification (EPA, NIOSH) required
• Knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and dedication to safety
