Job Title: Credit Union Member Service Representative

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Description:

As a Credit Union Member Service Representative at BHFCU, you will play a key role in assisting our members with a variety of financial transactions and inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting members with opening and closing accounts
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Providing information on products and services offered by the credit union
• Resolving member issues and escalating as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience in a customer service or financial services role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of banking and credit union operations
