We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in various roles at our machine shop. If you are passionate about precision machining and have experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machinist in an automobile machine shop
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with CNC machining is a plus

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot and debug programs as needed
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure successful production

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience programming CNC machines
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Document and report any non-conformities
• Maintain inspection equipment and tools
• Work with production team to address quality issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Excellent communication skills
• ASQ certification is a plus
