Job Description

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at Thorpe Plant Services, Inc., you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process. This includes coordinating with clients to understand their specifications, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with our production team to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and expectations
• Develop production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or related industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
