Job Title: General Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Ensure projects are completed within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Valid contractor’s license

Job Title: Building Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble building structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Install fixtures and finishes
• Collaborate with architects and engineers
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Building Contractor
• Proficiency in construction tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Job Title: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Renovate and remodel existing structures
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements
• Source materials and supplies
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in altering and remodeling projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work creatively within project constraints
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work on various project types
