Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives? If so, we want you to join our team at Discovery Years Early Learning Center – Copperfield! We are currently seeking talented and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Lead Preschool Teacher

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR and First Aid certification

2. Assistant Teacher

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience working with young children preferred
• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with lead teachers

3. Child Care Aide

• Enrolled in high school or equivalent
• Interest in pursuing a career in early childhood education
• Ability to assist with daily classroom activities and routines
• Willingness to learn and take direction from lead teachers
