Position: Optometrist

Location: Multiple locations across the state

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced optometrists to join our team. As an optometrist at Zeinep O. Echetebu, OD, PHD, you will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing care to ensure optimal eye health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams
• Determine vision prescriptions
• Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
• Educate patients on proper eye care practices
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state optometry license
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
