Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the First USA Mortgage team, you will be responsible for:

– Assisting clients with their mortgage application process
– Evaluating loan applications and determining eligibility
– Collecting and verifying financial documents
– Communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process
– Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring timely closings
– Adhering to all federal and state regulations related to mortgage lending

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at First USA Mortgage, you must meet the following qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
– Strong knowledge of mortgage lending procedures and regulations
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other mortgage software programs
