Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at Main Lane Industries LLP, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our contract manufacturing projects. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing process are coordinated efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet customer requirements
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
• Monitoring quality control standards to ensure product integrity
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or related industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
