Position: Financial Services Specialist
As a Financial Services Specialist at Coinsource Bitcoin ATM, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to users of our Bitcoin ATMs. This role involves handling financial transactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers on how to use our services securely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process Bitcoin transactions and cash withdrawals
- Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have
- Ensure all transactions are conducted securely and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain and restock ATMs as needed
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services or customer service
- Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Position: ATM Locations Manager
Our ATM Locations Managers play a crucial role in ensuring our Bitcoin ATMs are operating smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing a network of ATMs, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and working with property owners to secure prime locations for our machines.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a network of Bitcoin ATMs
- Coordinate with technical support team to address any issues promptly
- Negotiate contracts with property owners for ATM placement
- Analyze performance data and develop strategies to optimize ATM locations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in operations management or facilities management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Position: Bank Relations Specialist
Coinsource Bitcoin ATM is seeking a Bank Relations Specialist to establish and maintain partnerships with financial institutions. In this role, you will work closely with banks to ensure the seamless operation of our Bitcoin ATMs and promote cooperation between traditional banking and digital currency services.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with banking partners
- Coordinate with compliance team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Develop strategies to promote collaboration between cryptocurrencies and traditional banking
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management
Requirements:
