1. Equipment Rental Technician:

As an Equipment Rental Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our extensive fleet of Concrete Breaking & Sawing Equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and ready for rental. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

– Inspecting equipment for damage and wear
– Performing routine maintenance and repairs
– Cleaning and preparing equipment for rental
– Assisting customers with equipment selection and operation
– Providing exceptional customer service

2. Rental Store Associate:

The Rental Store Associate plays a crucial role in our operation by assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring that our rental store is clean and organized. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting customers with equipment selection and rental contracts
– Processing rental transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
– Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing exceptional customer service

3. Tool Rental Specialist:

As a Tool Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory of tools and equipment, as well as providing expertise on tool selection and usage to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of tools and equipment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

Key responsibilities include:

– Inspecting and maintaining tool inventory
– Providing guidance to customers on tool selection and usage
– Demonstrating proper tool operation and safety procedures
– Assisting customers with tool rentals and returns
– Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a professional manner
