Position: Machinist

As a Machinist at Fusion, Inc., you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and precision
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Collaborate with engineering team to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision machining
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
