Insurance Sales Agent

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Tina Thuy Le Farmers Insurance Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing them with valuable insurance solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
• Educate clients on the various insurance products offered by the agency
• Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on clients’ needs
• Process insurance policy applications and renewals
• Meet sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid insurance license is a plus
