El Hidalguense is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. If you have a love for Latin American cuisine and a desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, we want to hear from you!

Position: Line Cook

• Prepare and cook authentic Latin American dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Ensure all food meets high-quality standards and is presented attractively
• Clean and maintain work areas to comply with sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Position: Server

• Provide excellent customer service to guests by taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations to guests
• Ensure all guests have a positive dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Position: Dishwasher

• Responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
• Assist kitchen team with food preparation and tasks as needed
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Latin American cuisine and have a strong work ethic. Specific requirements for each position may vary, but the following general qualifications are desired:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
