Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent at Paxleaf Insurance, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complex world of insurance and find the best policies to suit their needs. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing their current insurance coverage, and recommending appropriate products.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and propose suitable policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients both in person and over the phone
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends
• Negotiate policy terms and close sales
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications

Successful candidates for the Insurance Agent position should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Insurance license or certification (preferred)
