We are Hiring: Consulting Engineer

TPMG is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with experience in plant management and optimization. As a Consulting Engineer at TPMG, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plant assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions
• Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of results
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in consulting engineering, preferably in plant management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
