We Are Hiring: General Contractor

7 Hills is currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our team. As a General Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain a safe work environment for all workers on the job site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
