Position: Drug Testing Technician

Job Description:

As a Drug Testing Technician at Interactive Medical Connections, you will be responsible for collecting and processing samples for drug testing in a professional manner. You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate results and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

– Collect and process samples for drug testing according to established protocols
– Maintain accurate records of sample collection and testing procedures
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely and accurate results
– Follow all policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
– Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
