Job Title: Line Cook

Job Description

Are you passionate about cooking and looking to join a dynamic team? Yard House is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen staff. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Assist with food prep and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Food handler’s certificate
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
