We Are Hiring:

Gerard Daniels USA Inc is currently looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following roles:

1. Senior Executive Search Consultant

• Lead executive search assignments for C-suite and senior leadership roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Identify top talent through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition and market trends.

2. Employment Agency Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across different industries.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
