Position: Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Job Description

As a Bankruptcy Law Attorney at Blank Rome LLP, you will be responsible for handling complex bankruptcy cases for our clients. You will work closely with other attorneys in our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group to provide high-quality legal services and guidance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings
• Negotiating and drafting bankruptcy-related documents
• Advising clients on bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Participating in bankruptcy litigation and court hearings
• Developing and implementing bankruptcy strategies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 3+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
