Job Description

As a Computer Network Design & Systems Specialist at Mindshift Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and efficient computer networks for clients
• Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure network solutions meet business requirements
• Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in network design and systems administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and other networking protocols
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark and Nagios
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
