Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
Provide ongoing support to candidates and clients throughout the placement process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
