Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Accident & Property Damage Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, including handling a variety of accident and property damage cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of accident and property damage cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
• Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Appear in court and represent clients at mediation and arbitration
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the state bar association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
