Position: Computer Software & Services Specialist

We are seeking a Computer Software & Services Specialist to work with our clients in implementing and supporting software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing client needs and recommending software solutions
• Installing and configuring software applications
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
• Training clients on how to use software effectively
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction

Position: Technology Training Instructor

We are also looking for Technology Training Instructors to deliver engaging and interactive courses to our students. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest technology trends, have a passion for teaching, and be able to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering training programs on a variety of technology topics
• Creating instructional materials, such as presentations and handouts
• Evaluating student performance and providing feedback
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and certifications
• Collaborating with team members to continuously improve training programs

Requirements

The ideal candidates for these positions should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant work experience in computer software & services or technology training
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for learning and helping others succeed
