We are currently seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Law Attorney to join our team:

Job Title: Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Location: New York City, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy laws and regulations
  • Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and applications
  • Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar to practice law in the jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Criminal Law Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Defend clients in criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies
  • Conduct legal research and prepare defense strategies
  • Interview witnesses and gather evidence to build strong cases
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals
  • Negotiate with prosecutors to reach plea agreements

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar to practice law in the jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal law
  • Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
